Eastern European Journalists discuss European Security

The difficult job of any journalist dealing with security issues in Eastern Europe was the topic of a workshop in Vienna, which was organized by the FES Kiev Regional Office “Dialogue Eastern Europe” and the FES Regional Office for Cooperation and Peace in Europe. Journalists from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine as well as Russia were exchanging opinions on the increasing difficulties journalists face when trying to write reports based on facts. How to deal with fake news, with outside interference and with Oligarch owned media?
